Mental depicts Ceeko as an individual struggling with the complexities of life and the struggles within the music industry.

He is visibly consumed by the inner workings of his mind. As the thoughts become too intense to bear, he instantly cuts himself loose from the safety of land, and dives into the turbulent waters below the cliff. Once submerged in the murky waters he begins the process of healing, working through the things on his mind. Ultimately he reaches a point of understanding and comfort, and he exits the sea and returns to land, liberated, having shed the weight off his shoulders.
